    Thanks for your question and for posting the PHP code you’re using.

    I copied your code into my development/test system and ran a test. Images I uploaded after adding the PHP code link to the appropriate -360x360.jpg version of the image. Images uploaded before the PHP code was added do not have a -360x360.jpg intermediate size version. The gallery display links to the full size image and uses a width="360" attribute to simulate the desired size.

    If you are not seeing the correct image file, check to make sure the -360x360.jpg version has been generated for the images in your gallery display.

    I am marking this topic resolved because it looks like MLA is working properly. If you have continued problems or further questions regarding the MLA handling of custom intermediate sizes, post an update here with any additional information you can provide and I will investigate further.     Well, I regenerated all thumbnails after creating the new sizes. The problem was created by a class in original theme style. Not your fault. Fixed. Thank you for support.
