Hi, I just installed this and was testing out creating a ticket, and I’m getting this error every time I try replying to a ticket: Screenshot: https://d3fy.xyz/ZkVGAh

Basically two PHP errors: “mkdir() no such file or directory”
    and “Cannot modify header information…”

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Hello:

There are three options I can think of:

    1. The plugin might be conflicting with another plugin or theme. You can try to disable other plugins and switch your theme to 2016 and see if this works then.
    2. It could be that you indeed have some restricted permissions issues on your server.
    3. It could be that the initial installation didn’t complete properly. In this case you can just try to disable the plugin and re-enable it.

I hope this helps point you in the right direction.
