• Since their Apr 28th plugin update they have caused a havoc. Plugin now randomly marks non-Afterpay orders (PayPal, CC, etc.) as “PAID”, inserts Afterpay ID next to non-Afterpay “Paid via” and then you can’t even find that Afterpay ID on your Afterpay dashboard. This is a REAL bad mess and I’ve already reported to Afterpay team with screenshots, etc. I hope Afterpay devs are quick and qualified to figure the bug out and patch. Meanwhile, we’ve trained our team to spot such inconsistencies to stop an order before it’s too late. Stay vigilant.

    Hi @vahanavagyan1,

Thank you for your considered feedback and for providing comprehensive detail in the separate ticket. The team will continue to actively investigate this unique challenge and correspond further via the other thread.

In the meantime, please be advised that all previous releases are available from the WordPress Plugin Directory here:

Version 3.0.0 can be downloaded as a ZIP archive and installed via the WordPress Admin. Please be sure to deactivate 3.0.1 before activating 3.0.0.

    Thank you.

Done. Just disabled 3.0.1 and replaced it by 3.0.0. It is now active. Meanwhile, since we (seller) do not have access to your API logs, mind investigating earlier order IDs? I have some and can share w/ you to check in logs.

Email thread/case for Afterpay mixes up and marks unrelated orders as paid, etc. [ref:_00D7F5ANjS._5002uGnbMU:ref]. 1st on top is the worst — we’ve shipped the order since Afterpay marked it as PAID by adding someone else’s Afterpay ID and product is no longer interceptable.

Is –> ref:_00D7F5ANjS._5002uGnbMU:ref enough for you to view the ticket?

    Hi @vahanavagyan1,

    Thanks again for your feedback.

Is there anything further that the team can assist with? If all challenges have been resolved, please consider if your rating is still an accurate reflection of your overall experience using the plugin.

    Thank you.
