Mixing my own content with user content?

dear people,
I’m wondering if this is possible and if so, how?
I would like a form for non-logged in users to be able to submit content.
I.e. My html, my headline
Then user submitted content
Then my formatting
Then user submitted content again and so on. Is this at all possible to do with this plugin?
Really appreciate feedback!
