Mixed up with Social Login Plugin

I installed this plugin and activated the option to have mobile phone number field appear in wordpress registration form.
I also have social login plugin activated.
Now I have 3 issues:
1. The social login buttons are directly under the email field, thereby pushing the mobile phone field down. How can I get the mobile phone field to be directly under the email field?

2. I cant see infobip gateway in the free plugin version

3. How can I auto add International prefix to mobile phone field when user enter phone number?
My country mobile phone number looks like this: 080x xxx xxxx. I want when the user puts his phone number this way, the plugin to automatically save it in database as 23480x xxx xxxx
