    Dear Support,

Can you help me with a problem that has arisen? Previously, the Cookie pages per translation were fine, but I think this happend somewhere after an update of either Complianz or WPML. I don’t know exactly when this changed, because I hadn’t noticed it before.

    This is the problem:

On the created Cookie Policy the English version is fine, but the Dutch and German version have a mixed translation. Mostly English with some Dutch translation and on the German page the same.

What goes wrong here? I have removed the NL and DE variants and recreated them, using duplication. But unfortunately no result.

One more question regarding the duplication: I would like to have a title ( and link) in the chosen language. Also, the SEO Yoast must be in that language. Can I do this with a duplicate?

Hopefully you can help. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @henkie538,

You can change the title while duplicating the page.

What happened to your translations is another matter. If you’re using caching, could you please clear this and visit the website incognito?

Please also share which versions of WPML and Complianz you’re using, so I can try to reproduce the issue,

    alvast bedankt,

    groet Aert

    Thank you Aert,

I’m not using any cache plugin. But I also tried visiting the website with incognito mode.

The translation problem is visible in the tables on the page.

    I use WPML:
    WPML Multilingual CMS Version 4.4.3
    WPML String Translation Version 3.1.3
    WPML Translation Management Version 2.10.1

    And Complianz Version 4.7.4

I am willing to create a login for you if that makes it easier.

    Groet Henk

    Hi @henkie538,

You can reach us at complianz.io/support/ for any personal details. We have support in Dutch as well.

I was wondering if you changed default languages during this process? I don’t think an update will change translations, but changing the URL structure or default language in WordPress or WPML might.

    regards Aert

    @community,

due to specific nature of this issue, we can’t necessarily pinpoint the issue. As most configurations are without problems, we will fix this off-forum.

Any outcome might be shared, if relevant. For everyone else, please start here:
