mixed content on images

After installing the easy https plugin on https://www.tucsontopia.com (has valid SSL cert), https:// returns mixed content on images in individual pages/posts that were created before the plugin was installed.
New posts/pages do not have this problem. Only previous content before the plugin was installed.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
