“Mixed content” installation of wordpress ec2 aws

    I’m trying to install WordPress on amazon instance who related to Load Balancer to use SSL certificate, from the start by visiting this link https://—-.com/wp-admin/setup-config.php, I have “Mixed Content” error.

    I tried to install WordPress then change url to “https://…;” the admin section gives me this error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
