Mixed Content after moving to HTTPS

after moving my website to HTTPS
i have 2 mixed content in my admin panel which broke the page

https://mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/automatic-post-tagger/css/apt-style.css?ver=1.8.2′. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

can you please tell me where is the file that i can fix this and rename http to https?
