• I’m using Booster.IO Plus
    I have a product that has free shipping using the Shipping Options module.
    When this product is solo in the cart it appropriately shows Free Shipping, however when another product without free shipping is added to the cart NO shipping choices appear. It just shows “There are no shipping methods available…”
    How do I get all of these modules to play together and show shipping costs for the remaining products.

    To be even more specific, I have customers who buy many products at a time. I want to offer FREE SHIPPING on only a couple of my higher end products but still charge shipping on the lower end products, even when both are mixed in the cart.
    Currently, if any product listed in the FREE SHIPPING module is in the cart, the cart has a selection for FREE SHIPPING for the entire cart. This will not work.

    In other words, I need the cart to calculate shipping on ALL products that are NOT listed in the Free Shipping section of the “Shipping Methods by Products” module and exempt products from shipping costs that are listed in the free shipping section of the module.
    EXAMPLE:
    Prod A = Listed as Free Shipping (standard calculated shipping cost is $3.00)
    Prod B = Standard Shipping (standard calculated shipping cost is $2.00)
    ==========
    SCENARIO 1
    Prod A in cart =
    Cart “Left to Free Shipping” shows Free Shipping, and Free Shipping is listed as the primary shipping choice. Plus all of the other more expensive-expedited shipping options show.
    ==========
    SCENARIO 2
    Prod A & B in Cart
    Cart will not show a free shipping choice but WILL show “Left to Free Shipping” amount AND the default shipping choice will be the standard shipping cost of $2.00 for Prod B, plus other expensive-expedited shipping options show.
    We will pay the additional shipping for Prod A that was FREE.

    Currently I have to refund the FREE SHIPPING amount on mixed cart orders.

    Hello @captwingnut,

    I am sorry for a late answer, I understand that this is not exactly what you have asked for, but there is also “Include” Options – Validate all option which will allow you all products in cart to be valid.

    You can find it here: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Booster -> Shipping & Orders -> Shipping Methods by Products and here you check the box of “Include” Options – Validate all.

    If this still doesn’t work like you need, please answer back here and we add your request to our to-do list to fix it as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
