Mix of Location for Madrid

    Hi There

    I have an extra fee rule which applies a fee to Crete, Greece. But for some reason the fee is also being applied to Madrid, Spain. When I turn off the extra fee for Crete, then the fee to Madrid isnt applied.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
