Mix columns and heading

I am trying to recreate certain elements of my existing site in the new twentytwenty theme. Specifically, I am trying to create a heading and 3 columns in the same “block”. (you can look at the “Become our next trusted contractor” section on the homepage as an example)

I know that I can stack a header and then 3 columns underneath, but I would like them to share a background (preferrably an image) so having it all in the same block would help me avoid this.

Is this possible with the default blocks that twentytwenty comes with?
