miwopolls using wp_mail

I am trying to use wp_mandrill instead of wp_mail because im using my wordpress on an intranet and wp_mail doesnt work with that.
The problem is wp_mandrill wasn’t working, This was the error;
“Mandrill: wp_mail has been declared by another process or plugin, so you won’t be able to use Mandrill until the problem is solved.”
Upon gradually deactivating plugins i realised this is caused by miwo polls as in miwo polls is the plugin using wp_mail.How can i solve this issue??
