Mistake on Getting Started page?

I am confused by a statement in the Getting Started section of the Caldera website.

Text: “It is best not to disable both of these settings when you are done testing.” (first paragraph under “Settings For Previewing and Debugging”)

It seems like the opposite should be true (i.e., it is best TO disable them when you are done testing).
