• I made the most stupid mistake. I screwed up wp-config. I added a line to stop auto updates, because for the umpteenth time woocommerce stopped working. I added: define( ‘AUTOMATIC_UPDATER_DISABLED’, true ); which I found on a trustworthy website (used info before) but I didn’t notice the message was old. Now the website doesn’t work anymore and I can’t get into wp-admin to correct my mistake or use ftp. Is there anyone who can help with this problem? Pretty Please? Regards, Jo

if you are not able to access your site via ftp, contact your webhost for assistance so you can get the correct credentials to be able to access your wp-config file to edit as needed.

some webhosts offer a file manager in cPanel – you might be able to get to your wp-config file that way to edit instead of via ftp.
