    Hi,

    on my site when I try to make a purchase I always get this message, even though I filled out all the fields correctly.

    MISSING_SHIPPING_ADDRESS The shipping address is required when 'shipping_preference=SET_PROVIDED_ADDRESS'.

    I use version 2.0.4 of WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin and I set as default customer location: “store country”

    What should I do?

    I read about the same problem from other users of their German language site, I want to point out that my site only ships to Italy and the whole site is only in Italian language.

    You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    If the issue persists then we are interested in a copy of your system report.

    Hi,

    I wrote to https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/ on April 6 sending the system report, but have not yet gotten a response.

    How can I do this?

    I have reviewed the support ticket you opened with us, and it was closed some time ago after you informed us the following:
    Just to let you know that we’ve done some testing on a staging site and it seems like it might be the other PayPal plugin that’s causing the issues so we’ve advised our client to switch over to your plugin :slight_smile:

    I will mark this thread as resolved as well and close of this investigation.
