Missing XML tag – I don't have issues with external or archive pages

I’m continuing to get the error “Missing XML tag” with the description “This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit.” I don’t have a sitemap of external pages or archives. There is an empty sitemap (https://mywebsite.com/sitemap-pt-page-0000-00.xml) but none of the solutions mentioned in the forum have resolved the issue. Please help.
