How to Fix Broken Missing Visual Editor Caused by Gokiath Theme

Hello guys. I would like to know how to fix a broken/missing visual editor apparently caused by the Goliath News Magazine theme. When I disable Goliath and activate other theme, wp tinymce options from page editor show again and work as they used to. I don‘t know why Goliath News Magazine suddenly is now causing this issue. Also the text is in white color from the text box so I need to highlight it to view it. I tried disabling all plugins, increasing memory limit from wp-config.php but not luck yet.
