Missing WordPress post on tablet

    i wrote and saved a post in my drafts file on wordpress on my nexus 10 tablet – file definitely in drafts.

    before then for some reason my tablet wordpress didn’t seem to be completely synced to my online laptop wordpress so before i posted i logged out and then when i logged back in i was taken to my online/laptop wordpress and the file was not there – it feels like two different wordpresses [like the app and the online] but now i have tried everything and can only get into what looks like the online wordpress

    my question is [as someone who doesn’t understand much computer jargony stuff] where would i find wordpress files/data/saved messages on my tablet if there was such a place and thing at all or is it bye by draft?

  • Are you using an App or a Browser on your tablet? If you are using an App, then the draft was likely saved locally (on that device). If using a Browser on your tablet, then for some reason the Draft did in fact not get saved. If you are using a Browser, the draft is saved at your site (the remote server).

    Why would these behave differently? To save mobile bandwidth charges.

    Any idea where it would be saved on the device? Pretty sure i was using the app. Have searched the files i can find but haven’t been able to find anything wordpress related?

    Can you list the app in use?
