missing woocommerce script

    Hi, recently I have this red alert error:
    oceanwp-woocommerce …..missing

    I have the last update of wordpress and oceanwp theme and ocean extra, and run php7,
    also, I noticed that I can’t disable scripts and styles from the theme panel, it always goes to a time execution error, just works when all scripts and styles are activated.
    Final note, Does this issue related to the admin-ajax.php file loading speed, because I notice that this file have a slow loading time when I open the console of my browser (fire fox, or chrome).

    Hello, try to increase your PHP_Memory_Limit in your php.ini, it should solve the issue with the Scripts & Styles page.

    Thank you for your response, I have increased the PHP Memeory Limit to 3000M, cleared the cache and saved the scripts and styles in the thame panel but still having the same issue, Is there any other ideas?

    Hi, have you reached your web host about this? Maybe it is something else who needs to be increased.

    Hi, I have contacted the host support, and it looks like every thing is ok from their side, I made another conflict test and it is pointing to ocean extra, I deactivated all plugins and the issue (alert “missing woocommerce script” or “missing butterbean script” ) start to show up, and as soon as I deactivate ocean extra the alert disappears.
    Also I am still having the issue of activating/deactivating styles and scripts in the theme panel, where saving options takes an endless time and ended with a max execution time error.
    I have tried all kind of caching for the server and browser and deactivating cloudflare with no use, So, is there anything else can be done?

    Hi, in that case, don’t touch the Scripts & Styles page, check in your wp-content/uploads folder if there is an oceanwp folder, if yes, delete it.

    Thank you for your follow up, I did what you suggest above, but also I run a multisite installation and inside the uploads folder there is another oceanwp folder in the following path: uploads/sites/2/oceanwp , do I have to delete this one also?, it has the file “main-scripts.js”

    I have deleted the oceanwp folder from the above bath, and finally it has worked.
