missing width and/or height attributes and site speed

    Hi there, I ran my site through gtmetrix site speed test and it show my biggest issue is “missing width and/or height attributes” and recommends adding these. My site is responsive and has a slider header where I have to remove the height and width attributes for it to look ok on mobile… my question is if your plug in will add what is needed to correct this issue to help improve my site load speed?
