Missing Visual Editor

I’ve done all the basic trouble shooting steps as listed on many of the similar fourm questions and nothing has seemed to work unfournatley. And because of this problem I will be a day behind or more on posting on my site (www.sonictechnews.com) It doesn’t work on any browsers, I turned off plug ins cleared cookies, etc and not one thing has helped. If someone could enlighten me i would be so grateful.
