Missing Visual Composer editor

    Hi, everything are up to date on the website, as I know, but the detailed Visual Composer editor dashboard disappeared. If I open for editing the page (and all of the pages on the website) this editor is only a blank row, with 3 icons (the plugin, the add element and the templates), but the 2dn and 3rd icons do nothing. Please be so kind and help to fix the problem. Thank you very much!
