Dear Sir or Madam, how are you? I am using your plugin to make my first Google product feed for USA country, but it showed “missing value tax”, can you help to check how to set up the tax filed mapping, thank you.

    Cheers
    Trey

  • Hi Trey,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The easiest would be to set-up the taxes directly in Google’s merchant center. Instructions on how to do so can be found here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160162?hl=en

    Hope this helps?

    All the best,
    Eva

Hi Eva, thanks for so quick reply, as I wouldn’t charge taxes in the United States, I just set up to configure no nexus for all states, just wait for the update from Google’s merchant center, thanks for your help.

Hi Eva, the missing tax issue was resolved, but now there is a new issue-Unsupported foreign currency

As my website set the multi-currency, now I would like to make the product feed for US country, now the product feed showed NZ dollar, not US dollar, please check how to fix this issue, thank you.

    Cheers

    Hi Trey,

That depends: our plugin supports WPML (including its currency switcher) and the Aelia currency switcher. Both can only be used with the paid version of our plugin.

Not sure what you are using for the multi-currency implementation on your website but if its any different then WPML and Aelia it is probably not going to work.

    Best,
    Eva
