Missing value [shipping]

Hi all!
I generated a xml feed with CTX feed plugin.
I want to sell my product by Ads in Belgium and Holland.
In merchant, by setting up the feed, I entered Belgium and the Netherlands for target countries.
After uploading the feed in Merchant, the problem is that, according to Merchant, the products from the feed are only approved for the Netherlands, but not for Belgium.
All products state the following: Missing value [shipping] -> Belgium
Actions: Add the shipping cost for your product
The fact is that the shipping costs are for both countries are free.
The strange thing is that the feed works for the Netherlands, but not for Belgium? By products for the Netherlands i didn’t get this notification.
What can i do to solve this problem?
