Missing “Users with Unconfirmed Email Address”

    Hi There,

    Previously, when i click Users – All Users there is a link for Users with Unconfirmed Email Address but now is missing. https://prnt.sc/l9rypx

    I can still view the list but not from Users tab but from Profile Builder – Setting – “Email Confirmation” Activated – link (Users > All Users > Email Confirmation)

    OR manually click /wp-admin/users.php?page=unconfirmed_emails

    Is it just for me or a bug or need advance setting?

  • Hi there,

    Try to disable and then enable again Email Confirmation.

    If this does not work, then it’s very likely caused by a conflict, so please do the conflict test:

    *Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Seventeen theme. If this solves the problem, as it likely will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know what the conflict is so that we can see what we can do about it.
