Missing Users after Migration

    Hi,

    We migrated a website using your plugin and noted that some of the Users seem not to have been copied across.

    For example, the original website has 535 users, the new website only has 100. This is a cause for concern as this would imply that other things have also not been migrated correctly.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Sorry for the late reply. I can see you already worked this out with our support team. Can you confirm the website looks fine now and that all users were transferred correctly?

    Thanks for your response.

    It appears to be fine and I can confirm that all of the users were transferred however the roles were removed from some of them which led to the discrepancy.
