Missing User Fields in Email

    Hey!

    I’m using the user meta merge tag functionality on my new user registration email. However, the first_name, last_name, and user_bio merge tags do not appear in the email. I receive the email just fine, just those fields are empty.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    I am using WooCommerce as well.

    Thanks for your message.

    It’s possible that these fields aren’t saved by the time BNFW sends the notification.
    If you create a user using the default WP registration process, does it work as expected then? I.e. without WooCommerce activated?
