  • Hello @praneethkumarguru thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help with this. These AMP validation errors are usually caused by a plugin conflict. Please could you provide your Site Health information or You can share privately if you prefer via this form.

Once I have this information I will check to see if anything stands out and can assist you further.

Hey what happened, I have submitted my site health info, can you now solve my issue please

@praneethkumarguru Apologies for the delay. Thanks for providing the information.

Would you be able to temporarily disable your ‘Schema & Structured Data for WP & AMP‘ plugin and then check your story once more to see if the validation errors have gone?

I have disabled the schema plugin & tested it but still the issue persists, I have even added the default logo but it is showing no logo in story, why is this happening & should I add the logo of my story in the cover of story? Please help me fix this issue ASAP.

@praneethkumarguru thanks for trying this and sorry to hear it hasn’t worked for you. Can you just confirm that when looking at your story in the editor that it has a poster image and publisher logo set?

Some plugins have been known to strip these out when updating or saving can you confirm if this is happening or not?

To completely rule out any plugin or theme conflict you can try following the steps below:

Use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

    • Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if you still get the issue.
    • Enable plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
    • Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

@praneethkumarguru Checking in here –?were you able to use troubleshooting mode to see if this issue is being caused by a theme or plugin conflict? Are you still having trouble?
