Missing Uploader …Please help me!

Hello,
when i’n in the administrator board and would like to insert an image to my post. Normally when i click on the “insert image icon”, it would pop up a small window to upload those files.

But now there’s not pop-up window, but the uploader have gone to the very left bottom of my page, and i can’t even see where is it…only saw last few words.So i totally cannot insert any image to my post now.

and my flash upload button also missing when i go to “Media” and “Add new”,only the browser uploader is available.

Do you people have this problem??? i’m running two blog on this domain, but the other blog don’t have this problem, the uploaded is normal.
