That sounds strange. What language do you normally have set (sorry, I don’t recognize it ^^)?

Usually, It’s set for Hebrew
tried also to deactivate plugins, the problem still remains

Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce this on my end. Here both links are always visible.

I notice that you seem to be using Yoast. Test the visibility of the links without Yoast and deactivate other plugins if necessary to exclude them as a cause.
