Missing Translation String

  • Hi,

    I can’t seem to find the translation string for the “Customer Order Cancellation Request” email.

    “Order cancellation request for order no. #38548 is submitted successfully”

    “Order cancellation request is received and order has been put on hold. Will inform if your cancellation is approved or not”

    Can’t find the above strings in translation.

    Can you help? Thanks!

    Hi, can you please provide more details about your site, like
    # do you have multilingual site or using only have single language site ?
    # if multilingual then what plugin you are using for translation ?

    please share details, so i can check it further.

    It’s a single language site.
    Using Loco Translate to translate all plugins.

    Hi, sorry but we are not able to find these strings too, can you please provide more details about the strings, like where you are seeing these.
    if possible then please link screenshot here.
    Can you also check which version you’re currently running and please provide that too.
