Missing transition words

    Hi,

    In my analysis results for my homepage, I got the following message:

    Transition words: None of the sentences contain transition words. Use some.

    This is very weird because I did use transition words. And then I added some more but the this is showing in the results.

    Hopefully someone can help.

    We are sorry to hear that Yoast SEO is reporting about the missing transition words. Can you please confirm whether you’re running a 3rd party page builder plugin to add the content on your site? If yes, which one is it?

    I use oceanwp and elementor. My website is written in Dutch. Will Yoast recognize the language or is there a setting that needs to be changed?

    Hi,

    Yes, the transition words should work for the Dutch language — https://yoast.com/help/features-per-language/

    By default, the Yoast SEO plugin’s content analysis works well with the standard WordPress block or classic editor. If you are using a third-party page builder or custom theme box to insert your content, since these build on top of standard WordPress functionality, our content analysis may be inaccurate.

    However, we have collaborated with Elementor so that the content analysis should be accurate (including the transition words) with the Elementor page builder. Could you check by following the steps here of checking Yoast SEO within Elementor and checking if the transition words and other assessments are reflecting correctly? — https://yoast.com/help/how-to-use-yoast-seo-in-elementor/
