I am still using version 1.4.23 and up until this month, I had not experienced any problems where I have two transactions missing from my eCommerce conversions in Google Analytics.

I saw from a previous thread that this could be because of the Thank you page not displaying, however, this isn’t the case as for example today one transaction is missing which used exactly the same payment method as one showing.

Can you suggest anything that I may need to do so these get through to my GA?

    Hi @kyarauk

To confirm what you’re saying, most transactions are showing as expected in your Google Analytics dashboard but two orders that exist on your WooCommerce store don’t exist in your Google Analytics dashboard, is that correct?

for example today one transaction is missing which used exactly the same payment method as one showing.

If you mean that literally two are missing, and the payment gateway used between one of the missing ones and one that ashows is the same, then something else may be causing this.

There are a range of reasons a transaction may not be tracked – the customer browser/device doesn’t allow for tracking is the main reason here. Is the main visit still tracked in your Google Analytics or does the visit not show at all?

    Thanks,

Yes, that is right. Most show but two of them which show in my WooCommerce store are not showing under my ecommerce sales performance.

How can I see if the visit is there?

    Hi there,

Even if Thank you page is supposed to display, if the customer exits the browser before it displays, the conversion will not be tracked.

In addition, here is an article you can read to learn more about <a href=”https://analyticshelp.io/blog/closer-look-transaction-discrepancy-google-analytics-woocommerce-shopify-data-not-match/

    Hi there,

This thread has been inactive for a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
