Missing Tracking Code

  • I am running wordpress in AWS with the Monster Insights plugin
    with Google Analytics I get this error: Missing Tracking Code. Page surrealfringe.com for property surrealfringe is missing valid tracking code.

    I have authenticated twice now without issue, but I am still not seeing anything.

    There are no outbound restriction rules.

    Where should I look to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi there,
    There is no frontend output from our plugin, so assuming you are authenticated, if you have any sort of server or plugin based caching running, you will need to clear them. Also verify your theme has a wp_head() call in the header.php file of the theme

    Sorry for the late reply. In the header.php, using the Sydney Theme version 1.39, I see <?php wp_head(); ?>

    I did the authentication process one more time. Would there be anything in the logs?
