Missing Top Header

    Hello, this is my first post so please be kind ??
    I have a problem with flash theme. On main page there are no Top Header.
    I would like to display it on home page.
    On any other Top Header is displayed without problem but on home page is kinda missing.
    I searched forum but didn’t find an answer to that.
    Could anyone help me to display it.
