Missing tools/workspace in Edit page/post?

  • When you create a new post or new page, there is a row of tools over the windows,.. your workspace.
    All my tools have disappeared and I can’t see the content in the posts?
    I can only see the content if I switch to HTML view but I still dont have any of the tools available.

    How do I get the tools back?
