Missing Title & Description

I’ve entered a title and description, but can’t seem to get them to display. My shortcode is [wpdm_file id=1 template=”facebook drop-shadow lifted” ] and I’ve tried to put in title=”” and desc=”” but still nothing shows.
Any help?
