Missing title and incorrect url on share

  • Good day,
    I’m experiencing a little issue on a couple of posts on my website.

    When I hit the facebook share button, the url is leading to the homepage (home_url) and the title is set to the websites url.

    You can test it on this site:

    I tried deactivating all plugins and reverting to default theme so I could isolate this issue.
