We’re migrating a site to WP Recipe Maker from Cooked Pro, and it’s mostly going fine. But, we have 9 recipe posts that, according to Health Check are “missing recipe thumbnails”. Here’s what I’ve tried:

    Regenerated thumbnails.
Downloaded image and added it again.
Cropped to square. (736 x736px original size)
    Upsized to 1200x1200px using Photoshop.
    Emptied website cache.

What else could be going on?

    Thanks for any clues!
    Karen

    Hi Karen,

Just to be sure: you ran the Health Check again after making those changes?

Regenerating thumbnails should be enough if the images are at least 500px by 500px. In some regeneration plugins you do need to manually pick which thumbnails to regenerate. Make sure the 3 “wprm” thumbnails are selected there.

Yes, regenerated all registered types of thumbnails, cleared server cache, and then ran health check again. Just be be sure, I just did it again, using Regenerate Thumbnails (Alex Mills version). Still showing 9 missing.
Tried again with Regenerate Thumbnails Advanced (Shortpixel) and selected only wprm thumbnails and “force regeneration”. No luck.

Can you give me a link to an example original image media file for one of those 9 missing ones?
