    Hi @napalm19910513,
    Can you confirm that you have the Kadence Toolkit plugin installed and activated? If so, then deactivating your plugins would be my next suggestion to test if any are conflicting.

    Yes, the Kadence Toolkit plugin 4.9.4 is installed and activated.
    Do you know which specific plugin would cause this confliction?
    Because we had tested a lot of plugins but we are still having this problem unsolved:(

    Here is our website.
    We just found that deactivating the “Woocommerce ECPay Payment” plugin can fix the problem~!
    But we need this plugin to be always running…so I guess we need to deactivate the “Woocommerce ECPay Payment” plugin every time when we need to change things from Theme Options, and then activate it after we are done. *__*

    Looks like that plugin has not been tested with the last three major WordPress releases. Have you tried contacting the plugin authors?
