Missing the administration bar in the frontent

    Using theme twentysixteen, I noticed the absense of the admin bar in the frontend, while the theme reserves the space to show it. Where do I have to enable this admin bar?

    Check in WP-Admin, Users-> Your Profile -> Toolbar there should be a check box to turn off and on. Hope that helps.

    I did, this was checked. The problem has been solved by copying a fresh set of files for the twentysixteen theme. Obviously, when copying these files the other time, file(s) were corrupted.
