• Hi – just installed the latest participants database plugin, and when I browse to ‘manage database fields’ – the layout looks a bit funky (text-based, vertical) and is missing the ‘Add Field’ button at the top.

Here’s a link to the screenshot for reference: https://ibb.co/mH4rcRv

    Please advise, thanks!

That is caused by an incompatibility with another plugin. You can test this by progressively deactivating plugins to see which one is in conflict.

Another thing to look at is to open your Browser Developer Tools and look at the “console” when you open the page, there will likely be a javascript error of some kind.

Thanks! I disabled EVERY plugin except this one but was still getting the error.

I checked dev tools and see the following error:

jquery-migrate.min.js?ver=3.3.2:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://fleenceagaplaefnklabikkmocalkcpo/content-script.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

OK, there’s no error. Two other possibilities: caching (clear any caches you have) or perhaps the update didn’t go correctly. Try re-installing the plugin.

If you want to do a clean reinstall, deactivate, then delete the plugin using FTP or your file manager (don’t delete it from the plugins page!) and then install the plugin normally. This will retain all your configurations and settings.
