    Are you using any sort of caching plugin, or do you see a “Clear/Purge Cache” button in your Dashboard or admin bar? If so, would you please try clearing the cache?

    Oh, also, make you that “Disable the visual editor when writing” is unchecked at Users -> Your Profile in your blog’s Dashboard.

    I have even reinstall wp from scratch.

    cache is empty.
    visual editor disabled

    same problem…

    I have tried to open Dashboard in Chrome as well, same issue

    Ok, when you tried disabling your plugins, did you disable *all* of them? Even the ones you felt were essential?
