Missing Temporary Folder

Esmi, thats great but I am a simpleminded man… Is there anyway to explain this to me in easier terinology.

A few things that dont make senes. My PHP.ini has like 3 lines of code in it.

ANd if I add the echo bit of code to my file.php code as one person suggests (line 160) it wouldnt make any sense to put it in that portion of code. Its all notes that wont do anything.

Hey Guys, have done a lot of searches but can’t seem to work out where to find my php info, i am anoob at this.
were exactly do i search, is it in the address bar? as i am having the same problem “missin temporary file” but it doesn’t do it for all pictures….

btw i am using WordPress 2.9.2
