missing h1 tag ??

This is my first post as I am new to WordPress so please take it easy on me. My problem is as follows: My Bing WebMaster Tools says that my site is missing the <h1> tag. I am using the Yost SEO plugin and it says at Titles & Meta –> Home Homepage Title Template: %%sitename%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitedesc%%

Is this where the <h1> tag should be showing and can be edited? I changed the %%sitename%% %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitedesc%% to West Plains, Missouri Attorney Office but the Bing WebMaster Tools says there is still no <h1> tag. My website is https://www.rickfarrowlaw.com. I am very new to all this but would appreciate any help. Thanks.
