I have tried to set up your plugin but got may errors.

The database did include some of the tables listed below, but as I kept getting “primary key” errors I manually deleted them, disabled and deleted the plugin then reinstalled – not I am getting the following:

    Error: The following table(s) are missing in your database: ebay_accounts, ebay_auctions, ebay_categories, ebay_jobs, ebay_log, ebay_messages, ebay_orders, ebay_payment, ebay_profiles, ebay_shipping, ebay_sites, ebay_store_categories, ebay_transactions
Please contact support or reinstall WP-Lister from scratch, by enabling the “Uninstall on deactivation” option on the advanced setting page, then deactivate the plugin and activate it again.

Can you advise on a fix please? thanks

    Hey @sprocker

I cannot tell you why these database tables do not exist, but for one reason or another, they are not there or WP-Lister is not seeing them.

Please make sure that you have all the requirements when using WP-Lister. Please see them here: Requirements

In order to fix this issue, you must enable the “uninstall on deactivation” setting that can be found on the advanced settings tab of WP-Lister’s settings. Once you enable that, then deactivate and uninstall, everything will be removed from WP-Lister. That way when you re-install the plugin, all of these missing database tables will be recreated.

If that still doesn’t fix the problem, please contact us via the support form to help you with this further.

    Kind regards,
    John

Thank you!!! that has sorted the missing tables now.

“Created at” and “ends at” are both showing January 1, 1970 – where/how do I update these dates?

    Thanks

    Hey @sprocker

    Great!

Those “at” and “ends at” dates will update automatically once you actually list the item to eBay.

    Kind regards,
    John
