I updated WooCommerce to 6.5 and am seeing the following message:

    Missing tables: wp_wc_product_download_directories

I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, but that message continues to appear.

What can i do to correct this?? Is that table necessary? what happens if I ignore the message?

  • Hi all,

Please be informed that WooCommerce 6.5 has been pulled off temporarily because of errors reported from sites having WooCommerce Admin active. Our developers are working on a fix and will release v6.5.1 shortly.

More on this can be read at GitHub: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/32962#issuecomment-1123944881

Will this fix the table missing problem?

    Hi @heatherbodlak

    Thanks for your question.

The issue of the missing table surfaced after updating to WooCommerce 6.5.

Now that WooCommerce 6.5 dos not exist, the issue should not be existing either.

Once the new version 6.5.1 is released kindly check if the missing table problem is persisting, and let us know here, so it can be investigated.

If you want you can add your own comment(s) in the Github thread, or even open a new one to report this issue.

    Cheers

Greetings. I had the same problems and I was missing the table: wp_wc_product_download_directories.

In addition, students cannot navigate through the lessons (a few days ago it did not happen). I can edit the lessons, but when I try to preview I get an error: There has been a critical error on this website.

If I deactivate the WooCommerce plugin, the problem does not occur and the lessons can be previewed and the students can view them.

With the new version of WooCommerce (Versión 6.5.1) the first problem has been solved (I no longer have the notice that the table is missing), but the other problems remain the same.

Does anyone know what I can do to resolve it without disabling the WooCommerce plugin?

    Thank you so much.
