• There used to be a third tab to the left of the visual and text tabs, which would allow me to copy in/refresh the content in the WP editor. I use BeTheme and Muffin Builder to create my content, and when creating a new page, this tab would copy the content from my blocks into the editor. I believe the content in the WP editor is what my Yoast Premium SEO plugin reads to determine my SEO scores for each page. How can I update the content in the WP editor when I update the content in my Muffin Builder content blocks?

Was it the builder plugin that was adding that third tab? Perhaps try updating it if there’s a new version, or contact the authors.

I figured it out. It has to do with my theme, which is BeTheme, and the Muffin Builder page builder. The tab was moved with an update and I missed it. Thanks!
