Missing subscribers in the list

    Hello,

    I have more than 45,000 subscribers, but only 3,984 are currently showing.

    How can I recover all my subscribers? I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times, but the issue persists.

    Please assist! Thank you.

    Hello @livresoutils,

    I took a look at your subscribers in the background and you still have the 45,000 subscribers linked to your site.

    The approximately 4000 subscribers you are seeing are what we call WordPress.com subscribers. These are subscribers to your site with a WordPress.com account.

    If you want to see the remaining email-only subscribers, which are approximately 41,000, you will have to choose the Email option from the dropdown you find here: https://cloud.jetpack.com/subscribers/www.emploitogo.info.
